How Do I Charge My Roller?

Vibe uses a 9V lithium ion battery that is charged using a wall outlet. Charging takes around 3 hours. When all 3 battery indicator lights are solid the battery is fully charged. 

How Long Does The Battery Last? 

The battery will last for almost 2 hours on the highest setting and up to 3 on the lower settings. 

When Do I Know The Battery Is Charged?

All 3 of the battery indicator lights will be solid.

What Is Self Myofascial Release?

Self myofascial release, (SMR) is self applied pressure into muscle and its web of fascia connective tissue with the objective of releasing fibrous restrictions that cause pain, limit motion, and disrupt function. Self myofascial tools have a long history in the sports medicine industry going back to the use of lacrosse and baseballs, eventually evolving to foam rollers, massage sticks, among other devices. These tools can effectively be utlized to apply deep pressure into overactive myofascial tissues thereby releasing adhesions and decreasing muscle tension. The recent additon of vibration in combination with myofascial tools has added several unique benefits including greater hydration of myofascial tissue that is critical for proper muscle firing. Vibration also provides a powerful stimulus for neuroreptor activity within the myofascial elements allowing the muscle to become more pliable and the joints more mobile. Several body systems also are positively affected by vibration including the lympathic system. Vibration stimulates the lymphatic system, acting as a pump to rehydrate tissue and remove swelling. How Long Is The Warranty?

All our products come with a 1 Year Warranty. If you notice any issues with the mechanical workings of the product we will replace your product free of charge. Beyond one year, if you send us your product we will attempt to fix any issues, also free of charge.

US and Canada: Orders will be processed within 24 business hours of placing. We offer free standard ground shipping and your order will arrive to you within 3-5 business days within the contiguous US.


Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We use FedEx SmartPost to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses, but this can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to be delivered since it is sent to a USPS facility for final delivery by a postal carrier.

If this does occur, your warranty covers: 1 year for batteries and function button malfunction. Please contact us at info@viberollers.com so that we can provide you with more information specific to your concern.  


This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, liquids including but not limited to water or lotions, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions, loss of use during the period the product is at the Vibe repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Vibe.


This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the United States or Canada. Any modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. Vibe shall have no liability for any incidental, consequential or special damages. In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, Vibe reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.


This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of Vibe LLC.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. With a shared belief in the efficacy of myofascial massage as a means of athletic recovery, Designers and Co Founders, David Mills and Bill Fabrocini came together to found VIBE. It was their shared experience that traditional rollers either lacked the precision a smaller, lightweight tool could offer or neglected to include the healing benefits of vibration. Neither saw the same results when using industry standards as when he combined a lacrosse ball with percussive therapy. Inspired by the opportunity to fill a hole in the market, the Co Founders elected to wade into the waters of invention, to create an all-in-one solution. The end result was a line of highly portable, powerful, vibrating myofascial release tools and the inception of VIBE as a company.Founded in 2018, in Aspen, Colorado, the VIBE ethos is to get the most out of life by feeling empowered to do the things we love.
