The Most Effective Training Style

We have all been there, your sat there with your friends having a coffee. And one of your friends says they are looking to get back in shape. Immediately someone suggests trying yoga, it will help you develop your core, build flexibility and help you get in shape. Until the other guy goes, man i hurt my back so bad doing yoga. So another guy is like, no you should try crossfit, it’s awesome i got ripped so fast. Until un surprisingly, another guy is like oh my god thats how i screwed up my shoulder, it’s so bad for you.
